    Select between in-person Walk & Talk Counseling Sessions or convenient Telehealth Counseling from the comfort of your own space.
  • Step 3: Find Your Walking Route
    We’ll choose a location that works for you—your neighborhood, a local park, walking trail, or even during a mid-day break near your workplace or gym.
  • Step 4: Start Moving Forward
    During our sessions, we’ll walk at your pace while exploring the emotional, mental, or life challenges you’re navigating.
  • Step 5: Adjust as You Grow
    Sessions are tailored to your needs and schedule. You can alternate between in-person and virtual based on weather, availability, or preference.
