Hi, I'm Jamie and I am passionate about empowering you to move past personal struggles, difficult life situations and barriers such as anxiety or depressive symptoms that are getting in the way of your goals and preventing you from leading the fulfilling and meaningful life you desire.
I am a Masters Level Mental Health Professional, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, outdoor and fitness enthusiast with over 15 years of clinical experience providing mental health and wellness services.
My experience in mental health counseling coupled with my passion for physical health and wellness enables me to provide a dynamic therapeutic approach that integrates physical activity such as walking or other movement with traditional talk therapy to assist you in physically and mentally, moving past whatever challenges you are facing.
